VetAdvocates wasn't started in a boardroom. It was started in VA waiting rooms, Facebook support groups, and late-night phone calls between veterans trying to figure out why their legitimate claims kept getting denied.
Our founders, Jesse and Brian, both served multiple deployments. They both came home with service-connected injuries. And they both spent years fighting through a maze of VA bureaucracy, boilerplate denial letters, and frustrating C&P exams just to get the ratings they deserved.
What they learned the hard way—through trial, error, and relentless research—is that the VA claims process isn't really about your injuries. It's about knowing exactly what specific evidence the VA requires, and exactly how it needs to be presented.
